10 Electrifying Ways To Explode Your Orders

1. Persuade visitors to link to your web site. Give

them a freebie in exchange for them linking to your

web site. It could be content, software, etc.

2. Link to web sites that provide useful information

or services for your visitors. If you have many useful

links on your site, they may make it their start page.

3. Spice-up your web site's wording using plenty of

adjectives. It gives your visitors a clearer vision of

what your explaining or describing to them.

4. Don't make your banner ads look like ads. Most

people ignore banner ads. Design them to look like

content and have them click to read the rest.

5. Join affiliate programs that go with the theme of

your web site. You'll just be wasting valuable space

and time if your visitors aren't interested in them.

6. Market your web site as a free club instead of

a web site. This'll increase your repeat visitors and

sales because people enjoy belonging to groups.

7. Interact with your online customers on a regular

basis. This'll show them you care about them. You

could use a chat room, forum or message system.

8. Check your web site links regularly. After people

click on one link, and it doesn't work, they usually

won't risk wasting their time clicking on another one.

9. Give visitors a positive experience when they're

at your web site. Provide them with original content

and free stuff. They'll tell all of their friends about it.

10. Share customers with other businesses that have

the same target audience. Offer their product to your

customers if, in exchange they do the same for you.

10 Reasons Why People Won't Buy A Second Product From You

1. You didn't follow up after the first sale. After the
sale you could have introduced your other producton the thank e-mail.

2. You didn't ship the product in the about of time
you stated. If they needed it in a hurry and you
didn't provide, they won't rely on you again.

3. Your product didn't do as promised. If your
product didn't accomplish their desired goal they're
not going to think your second product will either.

4. Your customer couldn't get a hold of you in time
when they had a "after question" sale. You could
have added extra lines of communication.
5. Your customer doesn't want to revisit your web
site
because it didn't offer much. You could have
offered more original content or freebies.

6. Your competition is offering free shipping with
their product. You should have been more aware
of how they are targeting your customers.

7. Your customer forgot your web site address.
You should have given your customers your web
site information
in your product package.

8. Your customer service couldn't solve a problem
they had with your product. Your customer service
should be trained to handle most problems.

9. You didn't up-sell when they were already in the
buying mood. You can always try to sell your other
product
when they're ready to buy your first one.

10. Your competition offers a stronger money back
guarantee
. You must always be thinking of better
ways to remove the risk from your customers.

How To Sabotage Your Article Marketing

Steve Shaw To Me,

Hi Badleeshah

You are submitting articles consistently. [check!]

You are writing articles that serve your readers and please publishers.[check!]

Your resource box is sticky and lures readers to your site. [check!]

You've created some really superb content in your articles.
[check!]

Yay for you , but what if you're not getting as much traffic from your articles to your website as you would like?

Whenever someone asks me what one thing they can do to take things up a notch with their articles, I've got just 2 words for them:

Your TITLES!

Imagine you're going to a job interview.

You may be extremely qualified, inventive, creative, a real team player, but if you do not present yourself in such a way that you stick out from the other applicants, you'll just be looked over.

In a way, every article that you write has to pass a job interview-it will be judged from the outside first, and a reader's first impression will determine whether they want to take a closer look.

With your articles, your title is your first opportunity to stand out from the crowd.

The truth is that you can have an absolutely breathtaking article and an enticing and irresistible resource box, but it your title is totally ho-hum, then you won't see the traffic you're looking for.

Why? ...

Enjoy your day!

Avoid These Mistakes-AdSense Mistakes

Google AdSense offers a tremendous opportunity for those willing to
learn AND implement a successful system. However, there are 2 major
mistakes beginners make which ruin there chances for success.

Don't make these mistakes!

Mistake #1:

Don't be an MFA site! MFA stands for "Made for AdSense". Google
does not mind your new site having AdSense on it. Yahoo may
actually take a closer look at new sites it sees with AdSense.
However, you don't want ANY search engine forced into judging whether
or not yours is an MFA site! If Google or any other engine thinks
your site's main purpose is to generate AdSense income, you are
toast; all your efforts will be wasted as your site is stuck on
page 47, or worse, of the search engine results.

Here's what I suggest: Don't put AdSense ads on your page until it
is getting at least some traffic from the search engines (be sure
to have analytics installed to watch for search engine traffic or
check your host's statistics). Fill your site with plenty of
original content for the search engines to see and index before
putting the AdSense on. I know this is hard for beginners; they
always want to put those ads on right away. However, in this case
an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Besides, no
traffic means zero clicks on your ads anyway. Leave the AdSense off
until you get at least some search engine traffic! Unfortunately,
many beginners will still take this huge risk just for the chance
of getting a few clicks in the hopes of making their first dollar.

Mistake #2

The second big mistake beginners make is to fill every page with
every single ad and link unit Google allows. Don't make your page
look like you are "begging" for someone to click. Believe it or
not, from all I have read and my own testing, less is more in this
case. There are several reasons for this. However, in this short
letter I won't go into the details. If you don't believe me, test
it yourself. You will find that one well placed ad group on a page
will do better than three or four groups and units combined.

Don't make these mistakes, follow a good plan, and those
Google checks will be on the way!

5 Lesser-Known Online Business Ideas

1. Ask people to find a hidden link in your ad copy. If they
find the hidden link tell them they will get a prize or freebie
by clicking on it. This will increase the chance that they will
buy your product or service because they will read your
whole ad copy.

2. Start a members only web site. Tell visitors what's in your
members only site and what it costs to get access. Offer them
a free membership
, if, in exchange they link to your web site,
post your banner on their home page or agree to advertise
your web site
in their e-zine for a set period of time. Usually
they will agree to the free advertising to save money. This is
a powerful way to get free advertising.

3. Want a popular discussion board? This technique is based on
the number of postings made by any one person. You could give away a free product or service to any person that posts ten
or more messages on your discussion in a month. It could be a
free e-book, report, e-mail consulting etc. Just keep track of
everyone's postings each month. This could also work for e-mail
discussion lists.

4. Give your visitors an instant article directory. Tell your
visitors
they can instantly add a free article directory to
their web site by linking to yours. Just place your ad or banner
ad on top of the article directory for your main product or
service. All those links can add up to a large amount of traffic
for your web site
.

5. There a millions of web sites on the internet. Instead of
marketing your web site as a web site. Market it as a free web
book
. Design your web site with a title page, table of contents,
chapters, etc. Just place your ad or banner for your product or
service on the top of each web page.

Strategic Internet Marketing

A lot of internet marketers run some unprofitable websites or businesses with no short or long term strategies. Some people do not have any goals, while some seem to jump from one 'business opportunity' to another.

Some internet marketers treat their internet marketing business like a hobby, and yet expect to earn some good checks from it.

To succeed in internet marketing, we need to apply some strategic internet marketing techniques.

Depending on our internet marketing interests, it is a good idea to engage in a business that has a long term potential, which means that we will need to have long term goals with the business.

Strategic internet marketing is not randomly buying some cheap recycled 300,000 email leads or guaranteed hits. Strategic internet marketing is also not about pointlessly placing banner ads all over the internet.

Strictly relying on free classified ads or surfing for traffic will also not bring you any guaranteed success for your internet marketing business. Yes, these marketing tactics mentioned above may work in some instances for some business types, but they can't be considered as strategic internet marketing campaigns just by themselves.

So, what is strategic internet marketing?

Strategic internet marketing is basically about having a promotion plan that employs effective and proven marketing devices to get high converting results for our internet marketing business.

We must use a list of selected marketing plans that are effective, and we must make sure that we perfect our skills in these strategies in order to make them effective.
The first thing we will need to do is to establish our advertising budget. We must establish how much can we spend per week or per month.

Every promotion for our internet marketing business must have a purpose and it is critical to track the results of each and every advertisement. Tracking our ads means that we can then identify the strategies that are bringing the best results for our advertising dollar.

After we have identified the ads that are working, we can allocate more money towards those. By tracking our ads, we can also find out which ads are not working, or which ones need adjusting.

The key to strategic internet marketing is to constantly improve our marketing strategies, by making them more effective.
If we do not track our marketing campaigns and ads - we are simply 'operating in the dark' and this will not bring us any success in internet marketing. We are simply throwing our money away.

So, which marketing strategies actually work?

There are proven marketing strategies that can guarantee us success in internet marketing if we apply them consistently.

>> Writing and Submitting Articles

A very effective and cheap way of promoting our business. Writing articles builds our credibility and also drive plenty of targeted traffic to our site, all for free.

>> Pay per Click Advertising (PPC)

PPC is the fastest way to get traffic to our internet marketing business' website. However, to make this strategy successful and cost effective for our internet marketing business, we must educate ourself about keyword selection and bidding for our keywords.

>> Start Our Own Ezine

This is most likely the most powerful marketing technique on the internet. Having our own list of subscribers to send a newsletter to on a regular basis is a powerful way of expanding our internet marketing business.

>> Viral Marketing

Another very popular and effective marketing strategy for our internet marketing business. We can give 'stuff' away that people can use and put links to our web site in it.

Information is a powerful tool in marketing. Give people rights to share the 'stuff' with their friends and email lists. In the long term, this will build a lot of traffic to our website.

>> Linking

One way or reciprocal linking is critical to our online success. This tactic takes time to develop, but it is well worth your effort. Search engines access the importance of our web site by the number of incoming links pointing to our site. We can build one way links by articles writing and submitting and also participating in relevant forums etc.

>> Search Engine Optimization

This is another long term marketing tactic for our internet marketing business. Our pages must be fully optimized for the search engines. The most inexpensive and targeted traffic we can receive will come from high search engine rankings.

10 Ways To Increase Sales By Promoting Yourself

From Stone Evans to me. He said,

People will feel more comfortable purchasing your products if you give them a little information about yourself or business. The information could be your
profile, employee profiles, overall business history,
education credentials, awards you've won, etc.

Below are 10 ways you can use to promote yourself.

1. Teach a free chat room class on a subject related
to your business. You could install a chat room on
your web site or use a free one from another web site.
Before the class starts tell them a little about yourself.

2. Publish a free e-zine. Use some of the extra space in your e-zine to write about yourself or business. This could be called "A Note From the Editor".

3. Publish a section on your web site called "About Us". With your information you could also include pictures. This shows people your not hiding behind your business.

4. Write an article on your area of expertise. Include a resource box at the end of the article. You can add information about yourself in the resource box. E-mail the article to web sites or e-zines that accept article
submissions
.

5. Create and giveaway a free ebook. In the ebook include a section called "About The Author". Also, include an advertisement for your business.

6. Participate in online communities like newsgroups, discussion boards, e-mail discussion lists and chat
rooms
. You will meet many people and in return they will get to know you

7. Donate your time, products, or services to charities. You can list the charities you've contributed to on your web site. This will show visitors that you and your
business care about others.

8. Promote yourself offline; teach a free class offline,
speak at business seminars, join a business club or
association
. Assemble fundraisers for charity. These
are just few ideas to promote yourself offline.

9. Offer free consulting to your visitors. You could do it via e-mail or phone. They will get to know you and feel more comfortable buying your products.

10. Publish information about yourself and business
history in your ad copy
. While people are reading it they begin to trust you and your business. Don't over do it though, you want to keep them interested in your product.

10 Ways To Get Your Ads Or Messages Noticed

Do you post to message boards, e-mail discussion lists, classified ads sites, FFA sites or newsgroups?

People will usually read the subject line before they read your ad or message, so it's important they get noticed. Below are ten simple, but powerful tips to get your ads or messages noticed.

1. Use extra white space creatively in your subject line. You can add extra blank spaces between your words or letters.

2. Combine capital letters with lower case letters. Use all capital letters in every other word or use a capital letter between every other lower case letter.

3. Add text symbols in your subject line. You could use them between words and letters. Start and end your subject with a text symbol. ( *, $, >,{,] )

4. Begin your subject line with the word "STOP!".
People have been trained their whole life to stop what they are doing when they see that word.

5. Ask people a question in your subject line. We all went to school and were repetitively branded to answer questions.

6. Use the word "FREE" in your subject line. Your offer should be attractive to your target audience. It could be free information, software, trials, etc.

7. Begin your subject line with an "online smile :)".
People use smiles offline to gain people's attention and to win their trust, why not use them online too.

8. Don't use unbelievable claims in your subject line. People have or know some who has been ripped off and trained themselves to ignore those claims.

9. Don't use all capital letters in your subject line. It is hard to read, looks unprofessional, and on the internet it's considered a symbol for shouting.

10. Test different subject lines to see which ones draws the most traffic to your web site. Also, read the FAQ before posting a message or ad anywhere.

How To Get Quality Links Through Article Directory Submission!

Search engine optimization is getting more and more difficult by the day. The search engines are evolving at an incredible speed, making it harder for us SEOs to rank our websites highly.

With that said, there are a few tried and true principles that we need to do when optimizing our website. The first of which, and the one that I always tell people to concentrate on is getting quality, 1 way links pointing to your website.

The more quality links you can get pointing to your website, the higher you will rank, period.

While there are many black hat tricks and tactics that you can do for short term gain, I would suggest NOT spending your time on those things. I would focus my entire effort on figuring out how to get other websites to link to yours without you linking back to them. That is the biggest key to ranking well in Google, Yahoo, and MSN.

Doing this is easier said that done. One of the easiest known ways to get quality, one way links is by finding website directories and then submitting your website to them. This can be a very tedious process, but always a very rewarding process at the same time.

You can either submit your articles to these directories manually, pay someone to do it for you, OR you can use one of the article directory submission programs out there. The best program for the money that we've found is a program called "Article Submitter" created my internet marketing expert, Brad Callen.

This program allows you to submit your articles to over 700 article directories and can save you an incredible amount of time in doing so. You simply enter your article details into the software once, and then select the directory you would like to submit to. The software will then, automatically fill in all of the submission criteria for each directory and allow you to quickly submit your articles.

Not only does this save you time in submitting your articles, but it saves you an incredible amount of time in just finding these free directories online. I highly suggest grabbing an article submission program if you decide to take advantage of one of the easist ways to get quality, 1 way links to your website.

All the best, and Together We Success.

Generating AdSense Revenue Through RSS Feeds and Blogs

The world of the internet is one of constant change, and RSS feeds and blogs are two of the newest and most exciting opportunities for
garnering additional AdSense revenue. RSS, short for Really Simple Syndication, has been gaining enormous popularity on the internet, and more and more webmasters are including RSS feeds on their site.

RSS is an XML document format used to store and organize news type content from various places into one easy source. RSS is somewhat similar to what newswires do, or to the crawler that appears at the bottom of many newscasts and 24 hour cable news channels. Many of the news items found on the typical news web site may have come through RSS feeds.

Google now has a program targeted directly at RSS. This program is known as AdSense for RSS and it offers a number of interesting
options for making an additional revenue stream. It is important to note that specific policies apply to this program, and all
guidelines must be followed in order to derive any benefit from this new program.

In addition to RSS, blogs provide yet another potential stream of revenue. Blogs are in some ways similar to RSS feeds except that these blogs generally have one author instead of the many sources used to create the RSS feeds.

Blogs, or web logs, are simple web sites where users can write content, articles and opinion pieces on virtually any subject. Users access these types of resources to share stories, pictures and opinions. The public at large is invited to view this content and in many cases provide additional comments as well.

All this content of course means that they can be a prime source for targeted AdSense ads. In fact it can be easier to generate revenue from AdSense using blogs than using traditional web pages, in theory anyway.

Blogs have a number of important advantages over traditional web sites when it comes to generating AdSense revenue and getting viewers to click on those ads. For one thing blogs are rich in content, and most of that content is original. In addition, the content is generally friendly both in terms of human visitors and in terms of Google's search algorithms. This can make it easier for a bog site to be approved for participation in Google's AdSense program.

In addition, Google's AdSense program works best with those web sites that have already been indexed by Google. Since blogs are indexed much more easily indexed than traditional web pages it is easier for Google AdSense to target ads more effectively as the content changes.

In addition to all these advantages, blogs can be created must more cost effectively than traditional web sites, making them a good choice for a first foray into the world of Google AdSense.

Online Business Surveys

Do you have a list of e-mail addresses of your customers or prospects?
Do you have a list of e-zine subscribers?
If you have their permission, send them an e-mail survey to conduct market research. See if customers are satisfied with your products or services, or see if they enjoyed their visit at your web site.

You can learn things you didn't know about your business by surveying. Maybe your customers buy your main product just to get the free gifts. Your visitors may think it's to hard to navigate through your web site. You may find out that most of your customers make over $100,000 a year. By knowing this type of important information you can improve your web site, products/services, advertising, and marketing.

Most Popular Types Online Business Surveys:

Customer Satisfaction Surveys - what did you like or dislike about our product or service, what can we improve or add, how satisfied are you with our customer service, etc.

Web Site Feedback Surveys - did you find it to easy navigate through our site, did you find the information you wanted, what did you like or dislike about the site, how did you find our site, etc.

Demographic Surveys - what's your gender, age, income, occupation, marital status, etc.

Sometimes people don't want to take the time to fill out a survey. To encourage them to fill out the survey offer them a freebie if they fill it out. Some ideas are free ebooks, free advertising, free reports, free internet services or a free e-zine. Hold a free online contest or sweepstakes and ask visitors to fill out a survey before they enter.

If you don't yet have an e-mail address list you could post your survey on appropriate newsgroups, forums and e-mail discussion lists. You could also upload survey software to your web site or use a free survey service on the internet.
To find such services just type in the keyword "survey" in your search engine of choice.

Viral Marketing Principles

Dave and Aaron wrote to me.

One of the best ways to build a subscriber list quickly is to make use of viral marketing principles.

For those of you who don't know what "viral marketing" is, let us reassure you it has NOTHING to do with those
nasty little programs that wreak havoc with your computer causing all sorts of problems.

Having said this, there ARE some similarities in that those nasty little programs replicate themselves very
quickly spreading to literally thousands of computers in a matter of hours.

Viral marketing is one of the most potent weapons you can possibly use to literally EXPLODE your
list and your business. It's responsible for generating us thousands and thousands of additional subscribers
over the past couple of year or so.

Simply put...

Viral marketing is a marketing strategy that encourages people to pass along YOUR messages to others in order
to generate added exposure for your business.

Here's a VERY BASIC overview of how to setup a BASIC viral marketing campaign using a simple viral report:

Create a useful and informative report (you can even start by using a good quality Private Label product as
a base to work from - or outsource it if you are not up to it yourself)

Add some "brandable" links into the report (perhaps referencing some relevant recommended resources)

Create a small and relevant "advert" for your own business so that readers will visit your site and
hopefully subscribe to your newsletter.

Turn it into a PDF and start giving it away.

Make sure you clearly state that your readers can freely give away your report.

Within a short period of time, assuming you've done everything correctly, you'll have a LOT more traffic
coming to your websites and hopefully more sales!

HOT TIP....

To really make sure you get as many people on your list as possible, why not get them to join your
autoresponder in order to download the branding tool?

This is a win-win because they get a high quality report that they can give away to their list (and
even potentially earn commissions from) and YOU get additonal subscribers to your list.

Try these tactics and we're POSITIVE you will be blown away by the results.

Be sure to let us know how you go by leaving a comment on our blog!

http://www.learn-the-basics.com/blog

That's all for today.

Have a great week!

Your friends,

Applying For A Loan

Applying for a Loan
===================

When applying for a loan, you must prepare a written loan proposal. Make your best presentation in the initial loan proposal and application. You may not get a second opportunity.

Always begin your proposal with a cover letter or executive summary. Clearly and briefly explain who you are, your business background, the nature of your business, the amount and purpose of your loan request, your requested terms of repayment, how the funds will benefit your business, and how you will repay the loan. Keep this cover page simple and direct.

Many different loan proposal formats are possible. You may want to contact your commercial lender to determine which format is best for you. When writing your proposal, don't assume the reader is familiar with your industry or your individual business. Always include industry-specific details so your reader can understand how your particular business is run and what industry trends affect it.

Description of Business:

Provide a written description of your business, including the following information:

> Type of organization
> Date of Information
> Location
> Product or Service
> Brief history
> Proposed Future Operation
> Competition
> Customers
> Suppliers

Management Experience: Resumes of each owner and key management members.

Personal Financial Statements: SBA requires financial statements for all principal owners (20% or more) and guarantors. Financial statements should not be older than 90 days. Make certain that you attach a copy of last year's federal income tax return to the financial statement.

Loan Repayment: Provide a brief written statement indicating how the loan will be repaid, including repayment sources and time requirements. Cash-flow schedules, budgets, and other appropriate information should support this statement.
Existing Business: Provide financial statements for at least the last three years, plus a current dated statement (no older than 90 days) including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and a reconciliation of net worth. Aging of accounts payable and accounts receivables should be included, as well as a schedule of term debt. Other balance sheet items of significant value contained in the most recent statement should be explained.

Proposed Business: Provide a pro-forma balance sheet reflecting sources and uses of both equity and borrowed funds.

Projections: Provide a projection of future operations for at least one year or until positive cash flow can be shown. Include earnings, expenses, and reasoning for these estimates. The projections should be in profit & loss format. Explain assumptions used if different from trend or industry standards and support your projected figures with clear, documentable explanations.

Other Items As They Apply:

Lease (copies of proposal)
Franchise Agreement
Purchase Agreement
Articles of Incorporation
Plans, Specifications
Copies of Licenses
Letters of Reference
Letters of Intent
Contracts
Partnership Agreement

Collateral: List real property and other assets to be held as collateral. Few financial institutions will provide non-collateral based loans. All loans should have at least two identifiable sources of repayment. The first source is ordinarily cash flow generated from profitable operations of the business. The second source is usually collateral pledged to secure the loan.

The 5 C's of Credit

Your bank is in business to make money. Consequently, when a bank lends money it wants to ensure that it will be paid back. The bank must consider the 5 "C's" of Credit each time it makes a loan.

Capacity to repay is the most critical of the five factors. The prospective lender will want to know exactly how you intend to repay the loan. The lender will consider the cash flow from the business, the timing of the repayment, and the probability of successful repayment of the loan. Payment history on existing credit relationships - personal and commercial - is considered an indicator of future payment performance. Prospective lenders also will want to know about your contingent sources of repayment.

Capital is the money you personally have invested in the business and is an indication of how much you will lose should the business fail. Prospective lenders and investors will expect you to contribute your own assets and to undertake personal financial risk to establish the business before asking them to commit any funding. If you have a significant personal investment in the business you are more likely to do everything in your power to make the business successful.

Collateral or guarantees are additional forms of security you can provide the lender. If the business cannot repay its loan, the bank wants to know there is a second source of repayment. Assets such as equipment, buildings, accounts receivable, and in some cases, inventory, are considered possible sources of repayment if they are sold by the bank for cash. Both business and personal assets can be sources of collateral for a loan. A guarantee, on the other hand, is just that - someone else signs a guarantee document promising to repay the loan if you can't. Some lenders may require such a guarantee in addition to collateral as security for a loan.

Conditions focus on the intended purpose of the loan. Will the money be used for working capital, additional equipment, or inventory? The lender will also consider the local economic climate and conditions both within your industry and in other industries that could affect your business.

Character is the personal impression you make on the potential lender or investor. The lender decide subjectively whether or not you are sufficiently trustworthy to repay the loan or generate a return on funds invested in your company. Your educational background and experience in business and in your industry will be reviewed. The quality of your references and the background and experience of your employees will also be considered.

Online Business Ideas
---------------------

1. Ask people to find a hidden link in your ad copy. If they find the hidden link tell them they will get a prize or freebie by clicking on it. This will increase the chance that they will buy your product or service because they will read your
whole ad copy.

2. Start a members only web site. Tell visitors what's in your members only site and what it costs to get access. Offer them a free membership, if, in exchange they link to your web site, post your banner on their homepage or agree to advertise
your website in their e-zine for a set period of time. Usually they will agree to the free advertising to save money. This is a powerful way to get free advertising.

3. Want a popular discussion board? This technique is based on the number of postings made by any one person. You could give away a free product or service to any person that posts ten or more messages on your discussion in a month. It could be a free e-book, report, e-mail consulting etc. Just keep track of everyone's postings each month. This could also work for e-mail discussion lists.

4. Give your visitors an instant article directory. Tell your visitors they can instantly add a free article directory to their web site by linking to yours. Just place your ad or banner ad on top of the article directory for your main product or
service. All those links can add up to a large amount of traffic for your website.

5. There are millions of web sites on the internet. Instead of marketing your web site as a web site. Market it as a free web book. Design your web site with a title page, table of contents, chapters, etc. Just place your ad or banner for your product or service on the top of each web page.

How To Get Traffic to Your Blog

You’ve put a lot of work into your blog, and you put more and more in every day. But without traffic to your blog, no one’s the wiser. Use these tips to get more traffic to your blog.

>> Do your SEO and keyword research homework.
Make sure the HTML of your site is search engine friendly. Here’s a basic search engine optimization checklist:
• Do your post titles have appropriate keywords?
• Do your anchor links have keywords in them? Using “here” as a link is a missed opportunity.
• Does your domain name include a primary keyword?

>> Submit your site to engines like Google, Yahoo, Dmoz, MSN and Looksmart, and to the blog directories. Here are some sites that offer free blog listings:

Blog Search http://www.blog-search.com/blogclicker-submission.html

Technorati http://www.technorati.com/

Bloglines http://www.bloglines.com/

Blogdex http://blogdex.net/

Blogwise http://www.blogwise.com/

WeBlogALot http://www.weblogalot.com/

Globe of Blogs http://www.globeofblogs.com/

BlogHop http://www.bloghop.com/

Blogarama http://www.blogarama.com/

>> Ping like you mean it.
This is a way for you to raise your hand to the blog trackers when you’ve posted new content. You can do it site by site at places like Technorati, or go to Ping-o-matic (http://www.pingomatic.com/) and mass-ping your blog to over 20 sites. Make sure your blog is set up to ping the appropriate sites every time you publish a post.

>> Feed your RSS.
Make sure your blog has one and that it’s working. An RSS feed is a bit of XML that allows your blog to push content to RSS readers. That way people don’t have to visit your site to get your latest insights – they just open their RSS reader and read the news. If your blog is at Blogger.com, don’t worry about an RSS feed – its already been created for you. If you’re not at Blogger.com and your current blog doesn’t have RSS functionality, visit Feedcraft.com and sign up for their free service that will set up an RSS feed from any website (blog or not).

>> Swap links.
Make a list of relevant sites you’d love to link to your blog. Write them a short friendly note and offer to let them use a few of your posts as content on their site in exchange for a link back to your site. Also, link to their sites from within one of your posts. Be sure to offer to exchange links in the links section of your blog. Most blog software programs offer this. There are also sites that special in helping bloggers swap links. Web Log Empire (http://www.weblogempire.com/) is a large one. If you’re willing to pay for a link to your site, check out Text-Link-Ads (http://www.text-link-ads.com/)

>> Be part of the blogging community.
Go to other blog sites you admire. Contribute to their blogs in ways that add real value. Write good, thoughtful comments that are content rich. Give away what you know. Do it a lot – at least 3 posts a week. Over time you’ll become recognized as someone who has something worthwhile to say. As your reputation grows, people will seek out your blog. This is not an overnight process, but by paying your dues and building an audience you are positioning yourself to become a star. By the way, if your site doesn’t have the functionality for visitors at add comments, Haloscan (http://www.haloscan.com/) is a free service that will let them do so. It also allows for “trackbacking”, which is a way to manage pings.

>> Write your blog! Put everything you’ve got into it. Make it great. Post as frequently as you can. The search engines will note frequent postings. A blog that has a new post every day is obviously considered active. To really make your blog get noticed you’ll need to post at least 2-3 times a week.

Blogging and Pinging

Lately everyone is trying to blog and ping to get their websites indexed into the search engines. Although this is a great tool, all marketers should first understand exactly what they’re getting themselves into before starting.

Since blogs are regularly updated, they tend to carry more value than regular static HTML pages.

>>What is a Ping?

A ping is a program that sends out a brief request for a response from another computer or server. When you ping on the Internet, you send out a program to see if a remote server is responding.

>>How do bloggers use pings?

Pinging is to let the search engines know that you have updated your website so they can send their spiders.

Pinging also update the websites or blogs on the internet who are using your blog on their site.

>> So what is the big deal about blogging and pinging?

Smart affiliate marketers use blogging and pinging to help get their sites crawled and indexed by the search engine spiders a lot quicker than they normally would.

They set up a blog either on their main site or on a sub-domain of their site. They then post links to their product pages on their blog and send out a ping to all the major servers on the Internet.

That ping says "This site has fresh content, time to go add it to your database!" It's a trigger that sends the search spiders looking for updated pages on your site. When they find the new pages, search engines tend to index them much faster.

Blogging and pinging will not get you into EVERY search engine overnight. As of this writing, it is most effective with getting into Yahoo. But often MSN, and even Google, will follow in short order.

Combine blogging and pinging with good link recruiting for the best indexing.

Also, blog and ping on a regular basis if you want to “stay” indexed in the search engines.

>> Is blogging and pinging a requirement to get indexed?

No. You can get indexed quickly by getting plenty of natural backlinks. But for backlinks to be most effective, they have to appear as if they were natural and this can take weeks if not months. Blogging and pinging does seem to drastically shorten the process.

>> Is there a downside to blogging and pinging?

Some marketers are starting to abuse this strategy. But the search engines are getting wise to it! If you go over-board you risk getting your website completely banned and removed.

Many marketers are also blogging and pinging for a few days and then forgetting about the website. Your website will likely be de-indexed if you do not continue to naturally blog and ping.

The bottom line is that blogging and pinging is a great strategy right now to help you get your website indexed faster. However, the old natural way of getting incoming links is still the best and most assured way – not to mention the long-term benefits of having incoming links.

If you have not yet started blogging and pinging, I suggest you start with a practice website first, not your main website.

How to Start an Attractive Affiliate Program

Do you know how to start an attractive affiliate program? Most people don't. That is why they also struggle with their product launches. They might have an excellent product, but they don't know who can sell it for them - and they simply do not have deep enough market penetration to market it completely without help.

Your best bet when considering how to start an attractive affiliate program is to create some type of pre-launch plan, where you approach every possible person who could potentially sell your product as an affiliate. You will then want to offer a generous commission on your product.
Additionally, if your product has a higher price tag, more affiliates will be interested in selling it.

You will also want to create a professional sales page for your product, so that it is actually easy for your affiliates to sell. Additionally, you will want to provide tools your affiliates can use to promote.

Additionally, you will want to approach the following groups to get them to sell your product as an affiliate:

1.Any friends you have who sell similar products. This is definitely the easiest way to sell the value of your product - simply tell a friend who already knows you and knows that you produce high quality work. Ask him/her if he/she is interested in
becoming an affiliate for your launch. Tell him/her you will give him/her a higher.

2.Anyone selling products in your given niche. You might want to scan ClickBank or perform a Google search to get better information to use here.

3.People who you cannot ever imagine being one of your affiliates.
That's right. You might think they're completely out of your range, but if you approach them correctly and actually offer decent benefits and a high commission, they may just decide to work with you.

And there you have it: a quick outline for creating an attractive affiliate program and then finding some affiliates to sell for you.

How To Choose Best Keywords for AdSense

Ever wondered how to select best keywords for your Adsense websites or blogs? Your focus is earning money as well as attracting traffic organic (Traffic from Search Engines) towards your website or blogs.

Here is what you need to know while choosing a keyword, a scientific study that pictures the ideal keywords for your next upcoming adsense website and blogs. And this guide guaanteres to blow your mind.

Lets first study how to choose Keywords that lead to more Adsense money:

CPC (Cost per click) - Advantages and Drawbacks
What CPC indicates?
When we think of high paying keywords, the first thing that pops up in our mind is CPC. CPC is the maximum amount of money an advertiser is willing to pay you for a click. And its believed that - Higher the CPC, higher the payouts you can expect by targeting that keyword in your AdSense websites. You can get most accurate CPC from the source itself - Google.

However CPC is not the only factor that can tell how much profitable a keyword is. There are many other factors that you should consider..

Drawbacks of CPC -
- What if there are no advertisers bidding on a keyword with high CPC? Obviously it means nobody is going to pay you that high for a click.
- What if the traffic on the keyword is technical enough and doesn't click on ads (banner blindness)?
- What if Google gets loads of traffic on that keyword enough to fulfill the desires of high paying advertisers? In this case google will only throw remaining peanuts towards you - most low paying ads.
Obviously Google will like to keep all the high paying ads within its own Network pages as much as possible. So you see, CPC just shows you a small part of the entire picture.

Lets explore the rest part of the picture...

Number of Advertisers - Most important figure :
Keywords with high CPC do not always come with high number of advertisers. There are many keywords in Google's Adwords system which have a very high price but come with almost no or very less number of advertisers. Now if you build a webpage or website around a keyword on which nobody is bidding, obviously google will try to fill the ad blocks with ads of related keywords rather than the high paying keyword you were initially targeting with. There is no guarantee that Ads of related keywords will be as converting for the Advertiser as they could be. So chances are high that your clicks will be passed thru SmartPricing Filter, eventually resulting in lesser payouts.

So, it becomes quite important to see the number of advertisers bidding on the keyword in question. More are the number of advertisers, more is the competition between them to get top position, and more revenue per click they are willing to share with you. In other words - More number of advertisers mean more people are fighting against each other to pay you higher Adsense money.

See You all again sooner..

Tips On Writing Articles..

Tips on writing articles...

From Derrick VanDyke to me (Badleeshah)

1. Don't start from scratch. Find articles that
have already been published - especially the
"featured articles" - those are the most popular.

2. Outline the key points of each article. For
example, if you find an article about blogging
that has four main sections, you could write a similar article with a title like "4 Tips for Blogging Success"

3. Don't spend too much time on each article.
Once you have an outline, just write whatever
comes to mind. Don't worry about grammar or spelling. Just dump your mind into the computer.

4. Go back and edit the article. Read through it one last time and don't be too picky - it doesn't have to be a masterpiece.

The whole process should take 30 minutes or less. IF you don't get distracted and start clicking on links.

Once you get good at this and stay focused, you should be able to write 3 articles in one hour.

Do that each day and you'll have 100 articles submitted in no time.

Hope that helps!

Derrick

Thank You So Much Derrick.

Essense of AdSense

1. Increase AdSense Revenue with Multiple Ad Blocks

There are many ways to make money on the internet, and many ways to
help maximize the profit potential of programs like Google AdSense. When it comes to Google AdSense one of the best strategies is to use multiple ad blocks on each page of the web site.

Google now allows web site owners to place up to three AdSense ad units on each page. The posting of several different ad blocks on the same page can greatly increase click through percentages and provide a real boost to AdSense revenues.

Adding more ads to each page will provide additional chances for visitors to click your ads and greater chances for more people to
see your ads. In addition, different ads can be hosted in each site, providing visitors with more information and greater chances to click the ads of the dvertisers.

This strategy will also increase the chances of users scrolling down through your site to see what else is offered. In addition, those visitors will be more likely to navigate the site to other pages of the web site. Those other pages, of course, will have their own set of AdSense ads, providing yet more opportunities for additional revenue from the ads that are hosted there.

Adding additional ad blocks will also help the stickiness of the site. Every web site owner knows how difficult it can be to retain viewers once they have arrived, but by adding both additional content and additional ads it is possible to get more viewers and to keep those viewers for longer and longer periods of time.

When using this strategy, it is important to use attractive and fast loading graphics that will encourage visitors to scroll down through the site. This strategy will maximize the exposure of the visitor to the AdSense ads being served, and this in turn can lead to more click throughs and better profits for your web sites.

Even though the multiple ad strategy can be very effective, it is important not to overdo it. No one will want to look at a web site that is covered with ads, whether they are affiliate links or AdSense hosted ads. It is important to provide viewers with real, compelling and useful content, and not merely a list of ads. The key to success in the world of AdSense is to provide a good balance of high quality content and highly targeted and relevant ads.

2. Focusing On The Power of AdSense

Many casual web surfers may not know it, but there are many web sites that are completely financed through advertising revenue
alone. While some sites barely make enough to cover their hosting costs, other web sites make a tidy profit month after month. One of the most powerful advertising programs for owners of web sites
is Google AdSense, and more and more webmasters and web site owners have been discovering the power of this excellent program.

In many ways, the ads served by the Google AdSense program are quite different than the ads many of us are used to. We have all seen those web sites loaded down with banner ads and pop ups and
these ads can be quite annoying and off putting. These flashing banners have for the most part outlived their usefulness, but Google AdSense ads take a different, and more effective, approach.

Another great feature of the Google AdSense program is that it provides more highly targeted ads than traditional web advertising. While a traditional banner ad may require millions of impressions
to get a decent number of clicks, the more highly specialized and targeted ads created by the Google AdSense program may require far fewer impressions to achieve the same results.

When thinking about joining the Google AdSense program, it is important to remember who your potential viewers are and what they are looking for. If your web site focuses on cars, ads for farm equipment may not go over very well. Hosting ads for companies selling car parts, hosting car shows or similar ads may work much better. The focused ads are much more likely to be clicked, and every click means revenue for you. These highly targeted ads are a great way to increase click through rates and AdSense revenue.

Fortunately, Google's AdSense program has taken a lot of the drudgery and difficulty out of finding targeted advertisers for your web site. By simply pasting simple and lightweight AdSense
code
on your web site, you will be able to allow Google to automatically provide those ads that are most relevant and acceptable to your web site visitors. These targeted ads can help to provide ads to visitors, and when those visitors click the ads Google shares some of the profit with you.

Of course one of the biggest questions most new AdSense site owners have is how much money they can make. The earnings of the average web site owner will of course vary quite widely, and it is important to remember that there are plenty of sites out there using AdSense already. The key to success in this competitive environment is to drive traffic to your site and to provide useful and compelling content to visitors once they have arrived.

Useful and compelling content has been an important part of profiting on the web form the earliest days of internet commerce,
and content continues to be a vital part of making money on the internet. Whether you get articles from article directories, article sales sites, web copyrighters or write your own content,
you will likely find that it is nearly impossible to make a significant profit from AdSense without giving web site viewers a compelling and interesting web viewing experience.
