Does Giving Away Information Hurt Your Sales?

Hai Everybody,

It may sound contradictory, but giving away some information is
one of the best ways to increase your info product sales.

The simple fact is that people want information and are willing
to pay for it.

When someone is interested in a topic, they may perform a search
on it. Many sites will come up in the results, and the person
that performed the search has the option of scanning all of
those sites in order to find the information they are looking
for.

However, not many people have the time to do that. In fact,
most people do not even have time to read the websites they are
visiting – they simply scan the pages, and just leave.

Many people are naturally skeptical. If they come across your
site, they may be very interested in the information products you
are offering, but they may also wonder if the information is
worth the money.

Giving them a bit of information for free up front can help ease
their fears. They will get a better understanding of the
information you are offering and whether or not they want to buy
it.

Someone who is satisfied with your free information will see
you as an expert; they will trust you and will be more likely to
become your customer.

If you wrote an e-book, try taking a bit of that information and
creating a special report that is available on your site for
free.

If you created a course that contains both print and audio
materials, you can take a sampling of the information and create
an e-course. You can sign up for an auto responder service that
will email a section of your e-course each day to anyone who
subscribes to it.

The point is to give them enough information to what their
appetite; don't answer every question they have. If you leave
them wanting more, they will be more likely to come back.

This also creates a mailing list of people that are interested
in your products. Stay in touch with your mailing list and
continue to market your product to them. In addition to your own
information product, you can also promote other related products
to them using affiliate links.

You don't have to worry about giving away too much information.
It does not matter what subject your information product is
about; there is always another related subject that you can
promote to your market.

For instance, if you had created a paid course on organization
and created a free e-course on the benefits of being organized,
you can create a companion product about time management skills.

Even if the person who received the free e-course on
organization felt all their questions on organizing were
answered, they may be very curious to buy the time management
course.

Magic-Like Ways To Multiply Your Orders

+ Use reward programs to keep people revisiting
your website and buying your products. You could
reward gifts or discounts for revisiting or buying.

+ Publish e-zines for other web sites to increase

+ Trade endorsement ads with other e-zines. They
pull more hits and sales than just trading classified
ads because it gives your ad instant credibility.

+ Test your ad copy before you start taking orders.
Tell your visitors to e-mail you if they want to be
notified when you launch a new product.

+ Get your visitors excited about your product by
letting them know how excited you are about it. Tell
them why you're excited and use exclamation points.

+ Use incentives to gain referrals if you don't have
an affiliate program. Tell people when they refer
customers you will award them with free products.

+ Tell your visitors the reason why you're having a
sale so they don't think your products are cheap. It
could be a holiday/seasonal sale or clearance sale.

high tech gadgets. They can create a slow loading

This will stop people from getting bored with your ad.

+ Keep people at your web site as long as possible.

There Really Is Such A Thing As Free PLR Content

Well as you guys no doubt know, to really succeed with internet marketing careers, we need to have great digital products that convert all qualified leads into real, cash-paying customers. For many people, coming up with products will involve them creating them on their own, or it may involve them commissioning other professionals to do the hard work for them.

Chances are though, like most smart internet marketers, we probably want to save a whole lot of time and money. After all, if we were to create our own e-book for instance, expect to spend tens of hours doing the research we need, and then writing the book itself – and that's if we're only semi-decent at writing. If we're a good writer, it will still take our hours and hours and if we're terrible, well, forget it, because our e-book won't sell!

Now,...we certainly won't go wrong by hiring a good writer to create a really good e-book, but think about how much a good writer is going to cost us. Wouldn't we rather spend that money on getting visitors to our site so we can make more money?

For sure, we're always looking for ways to save time and money on our internet marketing business. We'll easily spend hours each week just reading up on the latest internet marketing happenings and news, in the endless search of improving the way we do business. In my latest search, I came across a really unique website, that's well worth you checking out if you are serious about time and money saving:

http://plrwholesaler.com/download/clk.php?pid=2&a=18461

Now the name is pretty self-explanatory. This site was created by an internet marketer for internet marketers, and it's a one-stop shop for PLR material. E-books, reports, training videos, e-courses – you name it!

The really wonderful thing about this site though is that membership is FREE. You can sign up as a VIP Member, which won't cost you a cent, and you can download a huge amount of PLR material for free!

You can sell that material yourself as part of your own internet marketing business, and of course, you can change any part of the product to suit your target audience.

Don't be put off by the free part either, in terms of the quality of the material that's on offer, because I've downloaded the free PLR stuff myself and it's of a really high quality. The quality of this material is just as good, if not better – without me having to pay the money I would pay a writer.

In addition to the free PLR material you can download as VIP Member, you can also access heaps of great information about how to improve your internet marketing business. Huh, this is great.

If you're willing to pay, you also have the option of paying a small one-time fee to become a Full Member of the site, and that will entitle you to even more fantastic PLR products to download and sell, plus you can become an affiliate of the PLR Wholesaler website itself, and receive a great commission whenever somebody you refer signs up as a Full Member.

Regardless of whether you're a paying member or not, you will have access to a regular e-newsletter that gets sent out, and if the testimonials are anything to go by, it's definitely one e-newsletter that's worth your while.

You won't be disappointed.

Until next time, may you keep on selling!

What is Private Label Rights?

I've been doing a lot of reading lately about Private Label Rights (PLR) content. I used to think that it was only for lazy people who didn't want to do their own writing. But as I learn more, I've come up with lots of great ways I can use PLR in my own business.

If you don't know what I'm talking about, PLR is content that you get from the original author along with their permission to use it as your own. So you can get a great report, put your name on it and have your own product to sell or give away!

The first couple of products I created using PLR only took me about half an hour. There have been a few sales so far from them so that was definitely time well spent.

When searching for PLR content to use, I found there were a lot of different types of sites available. Some offered monthly memberships and others offered just one time purchases. So be sure to look around before you decide where to buy.

The site I found that was by far the best was PLRWholesaler. Not only do they have an unbelievable amount of content, but it's completely FREE. Most sites charge an arm and a leg for the amount of content that this guy is giving away.

And although I haven't been through everything yet, what I have read is very good quality. It's stuff you would actually want to use as your own.

Since it's free, I highly recommend that you check out PLRWholesaler and see if they have anything that you can use in your business. There just may be an ebook or audio recording that you could quickly brand with your information and start selling to your list.

Check it out and let me know what you think...

Generating Adsense Revenue

Generating Revenue Through RSS Feeds and Blogs

The world of the internet is one of constant change, and RSS feeds
and blogs are two of the newest and most exciting opportunities for
garnering additional AdSense revenue. RSS, short for Really Simple
Syndication, has been gaining enormous popularity on the internet,
and more and more webmasters are including RSS feeds on their site.

RSS is an XML document format used to store and organize news type
content from various places into one easy source. RSS is somewhat
similar to what newswires do, or to the crawler that appears at the
bottom of many newscasts and 24 hour cable news channels. Many of
the news items found on the typical news web site may have come
through RSS feeds.

Google now has a program targeted directly at RSS. This program is
known as AdSense for RSS and it offers a number of interesting
options for making an additional revenue stream. It is important
to note that specific policies apply to this program, and all
guidelines must be followed in order to derive any benefit from
this new program.

In addition to RSS, blogs provide yet another potential stream of
revenue. Blogs are in some ways similar to RSS feeds except that
these blogs generally have one author instead of the many sources
used to create the RSS feeds.

Blogs, or web logs, are simple web
sites where users can write content, articles and opinion pieces on
virtually any subject. Users access these types of resources to
share stories, pictures and opinions. The public at large is
invited to view this content and in many cases provide additional
comments as well.

All this content of course means that they can be a prime source
for targeted AdSense ads. In fact it can be easier to generate
revenue from AdSense using blogs than using traditional web pages,
in theory anyway.

Blogs have a number of important advantages over traditional web
sites when it comes to generating AdSense revenue and getting
viewers to click on those ads. For one thing blogs are rich in
content, and most of that content is original. In addition, the
content is generally friendly both in terms of human visitors and
in terms of Google's search algorithms. This can make it easier
for a bog site to be approved for participation in Google's AdSense
program.

In addition, Google's AdSense program works best with those web
sites that have already been indexed by Google. Since blogs are
indexed much more easily indexed than traditional web pages it is
easier for Google AdSense to target ads more effectively as the
content changes.

In addition to all these advantages, blogs can be created must more
cost effectively than traditional web sites, making them a good
choice for a first foray into the world of Google AdSense.
